The terms that govern use of Golf Club Length Calculator: what the site provides, what its numbers are (and are not), and the limits that come with free fitting information.
Golf Club Length Calculator provides free club-length calculators, charts and measuring guides, based on published clubmaker standards, manufacturers' published specifications and the USGA and R&A Equipment Rules. The site is provided as-is, without charge, and may change — pages, numbers and tools may be updated, corrected or removed as sources are re-verified.
These terms are effective from 30 October 2026.
Every result on this site is an estimate derived from published standards and a published fitting chart — a fitting starting point, not a professional fitting and not a guarantee that a given length will suit your swing. Golfers differ in posture, tempo, strike pattern and preference in ways no two measurements can capture.
Do not cut a shaft, order a custom set or alter a club on the strength of a calculator result alone. Verify the recommended length with a club builder or fitter — ideally by hitting the club at that length — before making any change that cannot be undone. If you act on a number from this site without that check, you do so at your own risk.
We work to keep every figure traceable to a published source and re-verify the data as described in the editorial policy. Even so, no warranty is made that every number is error-free at every moment: manufacturers change specifications, charts circulate in variant forms, and mistakes — ours or a source's — can survive a check. Where a figure matters to a purchase or a build, confirm it against the manufacturer's current specification. If you find an error here, the report-an-error route exists to get it fixed.
You may use the calculators and charts for your own fitting decisions, and club builders and fitters are welcome to use them with their customers. The site's text, tables and tools may not be scraped, republished wholesale or presented as your own work; quoting a figure with a link back is fine and encouraged. Brand and model names mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used only to identify published specifications — their mention implies no endorsement in either direction.
Pages link out to sources — the USGA, clubmaker suppliers, manufacturers — so you can check the numbers yourself. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of those external sites, and a link is a citation, not an endorsement of everything on the destination site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its results are provided without liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in effect.
These terms may be updated as the site changes. The version published on this page is the version in force; continued use of the site after an update is acceptance of the updated terms.
